Sorry, it looks like I was unclear. By "unenforceable", I meant for Facebook to be in or shift to a position where it can safely say "Sorry, Austrian govt, you don't have the reach to enforce your court's judgement." (IANAL either, but it seems to me Facebook might be able to do so thanks to the US SPEECH Act, depending on the circumstances of the case.)
