Admin Post: Minor wording correction to community rules

I noticed that the wording of the answer to question 2 of the community rules was slightly misleading in that it read As long as people are not trying to abuse this rule to avoid violating the Terms of Service themselves[...]. (At least it was confusing me.) After discussing it with sophie, I reworded it to read to claim to avoid violating (which was always the intended meaning) in the introductory entry and the community profile.
